Audeze in the appstore, will the new iphone lose the 3.5mm jack?

The new addition to the apple store are these 800$ headphones by Audeze that connect to your Idevice using lightning cable. But for what reason has this product been created? we have wireless headphone, and cable headphone that have an extreamly good quality for a fraction of the price so for what reason would the consumer we willing to make the switch?

In my opinon, the only way for someone to make the swich is to ba an apple fanatic and that apple take out the 3.5mm jack from their future devices. At that point you will be faced with choice to either follow the trend and spend a shit load of money or switch to another phone.

if apple make the desition will it make the company gain more market share or will it lead to bankrupcy??
